TourneyDeals is a deal site created for tournament attendees to take advantage of amazing discounts while attending your event. Here you will find deals on food, entertainment, and other "things to do" near the event you are attending. It's easy, just browse the deals for your event, add the deals you like to your cart, check out, and your voucher is immediately sent to your email.
Answer: On our homepage click on the "Find my tournament" dropdown and select the organization that is hosting your tournament
Answer: Links to your vouchers are displayed upon checkout confirmation. These links are also sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
Answer: Expiration date is displayed at the top of your voucher. This date is typically one day after the final day of your tournament, but could vary.
Answer: Once a voucher expires (unless otherwise indicated on the voucher) it will always be worth the amount you paid for it.
Answer: The email that is sent upon checkout confirmation contains links that can be used to refund the sale price of the voucher if required
Answer: You may use the vouchers as intended or request a refund.
Answer: Present your voucher either by printed copy or displayed on your mobile device to the merchant at checkout.
Answer: Not unless it is required by the merchant which will be indicated on the voucher. Otherwise just present your voucher via your mobile device.
Answer: This means that the business offering the deal requires a specific number of sales before they will honor the deal. When this occurs please share the deal with fellow tournament attendees to help reach the minimum sales requirement. On occasion the business will still honor the deal even if the minimum is not met, provided the goal is close to being met. Once the minimum number of purchases required for the voucher to be valid has been met you will receive a notification via email.
